After working in many industries and roles including estate agency and banking, Lisa developed an interest in psychology and later, mental health research. She worked both as a Trial Administrator and a Research Associate at the University of Birmingham, and then as a Clinical Studies Officer for the West Midlands Clinical Research Network.
Having since spent 5 years in a completely different fields, she has returned to research, supporting the NIHR SRMRC Research Team in an administrative role.
