Colt Foundation Research Meeting

The Colt Foundation Research Meeting highlights the work being carried out in the Defence Medical Services.

Keynote speakers include Air Chief Marshal Sir Peach, Vice Chief of the Defence Staff, who will discuss the future of military conflict and how this will impact on the direction of research in military medicine. With speakers from the forefront of their work in tissue engineering, microbial genomics and effects of blast, it should stimulate conversation on where research could be moving.

The meeting concludes with the Colt Research Prize which provides six finalists to present their current research from any aspect of Military Medicine.

This meeting is of interest to any member of the Defence Medical Services or the wider medical circle with an interest in research, regardless of their sub-speciality.
