										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Laura is the Patient and Public Involvement Lead for the NIHR SRMRC and CfCWR. Her role is to ensure patients and the public have meaningful and rewarding involvement throughout the Centre. Laura completed a Psychology BSc (Hons) at the University of Leeds, followed by a PhD in Psychology at the University of Birmingham. Laura has a background in research and education, having worked on a number of research projects at the University. Before joining us, Laura worked as Research Fellow in the Medical School, on an NIHR-funded project exploring the role of Physician Associates in the NHS.</p>
